I have an UPEK touchchip FIPS 201 evaluation kit with its own USB connection module. It also has a trial software to save images.When i tried to interface that device with FFSDK and tried to enrolla user it shows no scanner.Is there a problem with the scanner or is the software incompatiable?

all hardware about fingerprint can use this source code???

Easy to use with high quality output I used Instant Demo 6.50 to record a 60+ minutes seminar with a powerpoint presentation and live audio. Full screen capture (1280x800) generated a flash movie of 20MB. Great image quality.Beware though that live sound recording is disabled by default, so the first try was soundless. Also, sound is by defalt recorded at 11kHz, which gives rather poor audio quality. But after these reconfigurations it works fine.

application for finger print Yesterday i have downloaded the verifinger sdk and tried to install for ubuntu 8.10 os. But i was unable to succeed installation. I am unable to capture the figer print from the device. So pls. guide me how to install in ubuntu 8.10 or if u have any other application, if it just recognises the finger print and able to display on the screen.i am using Nitgen fingkey hamaster device. so pls. do me the favour in regard to this.Waiting for ur reply.rsuresh

Unable to compile module I tried compile fx2000 module on my ubuntu 6.10, unfortunately, with no luck.I have compiled for this occasion a 2.6.17-14 kernel, with version matching perfectly `uname -r` and, no more succes...none of the precompiled module working...my config: HP nx6125 with amd sempron processor, authentec fingerprits scanner (aes2501) gcc 4.1

Inspite of my best efforts I am not able to run the software. Where it has been installed I dont know. Reinstalling is restricted by the message that the software has already been installed.Muhammad Javed

Opinion. I'm using desktop it's somewhat good but when I'm the admin and using method of login using fingerprint only or FP and password and due to some circumstances if something happened to my finger and unable to login then what the scenario so it should take more than one FP of more than one finger?

I found software that really works I recieved the Secugen Hamster as a gift, but it didn't come with any software that could replace the windows login interface, so I search for software, found a few, but they didn't work, Desktop Login was a bargain, I assumed it was trail software, but it turned out to be fully functioning, a surprize, but a good one

Looks interesting but doesn`t work Hello,this software looks very interesting to me but it doesn't work with my APC BIOM34 mouse with AuthenTec Entrepad (AES) 3400 chip. That's a pitty.
